Welcome to FAT2FAB!

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of FAT2FAB's Mobile Application, available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

By accessing this app we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use FAT2FAB if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

License

Unless otherwise stated, FAT2FAB and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on FAT2FAB. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from FAT2FAB for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  • Republish material from FAT2FAB

  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from FAT2FAB

  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from FAT2FAB

  • Redistribute content from FAT2FAB

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Parts of this app offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the app. FAT2FAB does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the app. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of FAT2FAB, its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, FAT2FAB shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this app.

FAT2FAB reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

In-App Purchases

FAT2FAB offers in-app purchases and is integrated with Google Play Store and Apple App Store's billing systems. By making a purchase, you agree that you are authorized to make such purchases and that you understand your purchase is final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

FAT2FAB does not handle or store your payment card details. All payment-related matters are securely processed by Google Play or Apple App Store.

Advertisements

FAT2FAB displays advertisements, which are provided by third-party ad networks. The types, frequency, and targeting of advertisements are subject to change. FAT2FAB does not endorse and is not responsible for the content of any advertisement or the products or services offered therein.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FAT2FAB, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this app whether such liability is under contract. FAT2FAB, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this app.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent FAT2FAB from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

Variation of Terms

FAT2FAB is permitted to revise these terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this app you are expected to review these terms on a regular basis.

Assignment

The FAT2FAB is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these terms.

Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between FAT2FAB and you in relation to your use of this app and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State/Country of incorporation of FAT2FAB, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in State/Country for the resolution of any disputes.
